Refund Policy

At Softenify, we care deeply about clarity, fairness, and emotional safety — while also protecting the space we’re building together.
This Refund Policy is designed to be warm and human, but also deeply protective and compliant across global laws.
We kindly ask you to read it carefully before purchasing any Softenify product or membership.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (NON-REFUNDABLE)
Digital products cannot be refunded under any circumstance once delivered.
This includes:

ebooks
-
PDF guides
-
worksheets
-
templates
-
digital bundles
-
downloadable rituals
-
journals, checklists, trackers
-
any file delivered instantly or via email
This also includes Softenify – The 30-Day Light Mind Reset™ (the “30-Day Program”), where the main purchased item is the PDF guide with access instructions.
1.1 Instant Access = Deemed Consumption
By completing checkout, you agree to:

receive immediate access
-
waive the 14-day withdrawal right (EU/UK)
-
acknowledge that the product is considered consumed upon delivery of the download link
Opening the file, clicking the link, or accessing the content is legally final and non-refundable.
1.2 Email Delivery Issues
If you mistype your email address or messages are filtered to spam, this does not qualify for a refund.
We will carefully re-send your files so you regain access.
Refunds are not available in these cases.
1.3 30-Day Program — Time to Join & No Refunds
For Softenify – The 30-Day Light Mind Reset™, you first receive a PDF file with instructions and a link to create your Program Space account in Circle.
You must create your Program Space account within 72 hours of purchase.
After this time:
-
Program Space access may no longer be available, and
-
your purchase is considered fully delivered and non-refundable,
because your digital product (the PDF with instructions) has already been provided.
2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Softenify currently does not offer physical products.
If physical items are introduced in the future, their return eligibility will be clearly stated on the product page and governed by applicable consumer law.
3. PROGRAMS & COMMUNITY ACCESS
3.1 30-Day Program and Community Access (Non-Refundable)
At this time, Softenify offers structured access through The 30-Day Light Mind Reset™.
The main purchased item is the PDF guide with instructions.
Access to the Program Space in Circle is an integral part of the Program, delivered as described in the Terms & Conditions.
Non-participation, incomplete participation, or unused days do not qualify for refunds or partial refunds.
3.2 Removal for Community Guidelines Violations
Users may be removed from any community space for:
-
harassment
-
unsafe or harmful advice
-
spam
-
inappropriate or unethical behavior
-
violating emotional or wellness boundaries
-
unauthorized sharing of Softenify materials
If removal occurs:
-
no refund will be issued
-
all access ends immediately
This does not change the non-refundable status of the 30-Day Program described above.
3.3 Future Programs or Memberships
If Softenify offers additional paid programs or paid memberships in the future, their refund rules will be clearly stated on the relevant product page and will apply only to that specific purchase.
The 30-Day Program remains governed by Sections 1 and 3 of this policy.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS (IF INTRODUCED)
If subscription-based products are introduced:

subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
4.1 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time.
Cancellation stops future renewals only and does not refund past charges.
4.2 Non-Refundable Billing Cycles
Completed billing cycles are non-refundable.
4.3 Refund Abuse Protection
Softenify may deny refunds and restrict accounts in cases of:

serial refunding
-
chargeback fraud
-
excessive disputes
-
unauthorized sharing of materials
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE DIGITAL ACCESS
If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing access, please contact us so we can restore access.
Digital content itself is not considered “defective” due to dissatisfaction, personal preference, or lack of expected results.
6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
6.1 Digital Products
Digital products cannot be cancelled once the download link is sent.
6.2 Programs
Programs cannot be cancelled once access is delivered.
For the 30-Day Program, access is considered delivered when the PDF with instructions is sent or made available for download.
7. ACCESS LOGGING & FRAUD PREVENTION
Softenify may use secure analytics to confirm:

link openings
-
file downloads
-
login activity
-
content access timestamps
This protects against fraudulent refund claims and aligns with global digital content laws.
8. CURRENCY, TAXES & EXCHANGE RATES
Refunds (where legally required) are processed:

to the original payment method
-
in the original currency
Softenify is not responsible for:
-
currency fluctuations
-
bank conversion fees
-
non-refundable payment processor fees, where permitted by law
9. CHARGEBACK POLICY
Unjustified chargebacks may result in:
-
account suspension
-
loss of access
-
permanent removal from the community
-
reporting to payment processors and fraud protection systems

10. COUNTRY-SPECIFIC RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy removes your mandatory consumer rights under the laws of:

the EU & UK
-
Australia
-
New Zealand
-
Canada
-
U.S. state consumer laws
-
Thailand, Singapore, Japan, and Korea
This policy is structured to comply globally while remaining consistent and fair.
11. BINDING ARBITRATION (U.S. CUSTOMERS ONLY)
U.S. customers agree that disputes will be resolved through individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
No Class Actions
You waive the right to participate in:
