At Softenify, we deliver each order with clarity, calm, and care — whether it’s a digital experience delivered instantly to your inbox or, if introduced in the future, a physical item sent to your doorstep.

This policy explains how all digital products and any potential physical shipments are delivered.

1. OVERVIEW

Softenify offers two product types:

A) Digital Products

  • ebooks

  • PDF guides

  • downloadable resources

  • access-based educational programs

  • community access delivered via Circle

B) Physical Products (If Offered in the Future)

  • printed materials

  • journals

  • branded items or tools

Each category has its own delivery method described below.

2. DIGITAL GOODS DELIVERY

Softenify provides digital content instantly and automatically through secure Shopify systems and connected platforms.

2.1 What Counts as a Digital Good

Digital goods include:

  • ebooks and PDF guides

  • digital workbooks and templates

  • downloadable resources

  • self-paced educational programs

  • online programs

  • community access inside Circle (including access to the Softenify – The 30-Day Light Mind Reset™ Program Space)

  • bonus digital materials

All digital content is for personal, non-commercial use only.

2.2 Delivery Time

Instant. Always.

After successful payment:

✔ A download link appears on the order confirmation page
✔ You receive an email with your download(s)
✔ Access-based programs trigger an invitation email within minutes

For Softenify – The 30-Day Light Mind Reset™, you first receive a PDF file with instructions and a link to create your Program Space account in Circle.

Delivery emails may take 1–5 minutes, depending on your email provider.

2.3 How Digital Goods Are Delivered

Digital items are delivered via:

  • email with a download link

  • Shopify order confirmation page

  • your Shopify account (if created)

  • Softenify digital vault (for multi-file bundles)

  • Circle access email (for program and community access)

If you cannot locate your files, please check spam or promotions folders or contact us.

2.4 Access Duration

Unless stated otherwise:

  • digital downloads remain available indefinitely

  • download attempts may be limited for security reasons

  • community-based access lasts as described on the product page

For Softenify – The 30-Day Light Mind Reset™, access to Program Space rituals and materials is provided for at least 30 days from the date of your registration, as described in the Terms & Conditions.

2.5 Failed Email Delivery

If your delivery email is missing:

  • check spam and promotions folders

  • confirm your email address spelling

  • add Softenify to your safe-sender list

We will re-send your files manually within 24–48 hours.

2.6 EU/UK Digital Content Compliance

By completing your order and requesting immediate access, you acknowledge that:

  • you receive digital content instantly

  • the 14-day withdrawal right ends once delivery begins

  • delivered digital goods are non-refundable, unless required by law

This follows:

  • EU Digital Content Directive

  • UK Consumer Rights Act

2.7 Technical Requirements

To access Softenify digital items, you may need:

  • a PDF reader

  • a compatible device (phone, tablet, or computer)

  • internet access (for downloads and program access)

2.8 Usage Restrictions

To protect our content and community:

  • files may not be shared or resold

  • downloads are for personal use only

  • community access cannot be transferred

Violations may result in account suspension without refund.

3. SHIPPING POLICY (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS — IF INTRODUCED)

If Softenify ships physical items now or in the future, this section applies automatically.

3.1 Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

3.2 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times by region:

  • Poland & EU: 2–7 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Asia (Thailand, Singapore, Japan, Korea): 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs, postal delays, or local carriers.

3.3 Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on:

  • destination country

  • package weight

  • selected shipping method

Free shipping may be offered on selected orders.

3.4 Customs, Duties & Taxes (Outside the EU)

International shipments may incur:

  • import taxes

  • customs duties

  • handling fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Softenify cannot estimate or control these fees.

3.5 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

Softenify is not responsible for:

  • delivery delays due to incorrect addresses

  • lost packages caused by address errors

  • returns due to incomplete address information

Reshipping fees may apply.

3.6 Tracking Information

Where available, you will receive:

  • a shipping confirmation email

  • a tracking link provided by the carrier

Tracking visibility may vary by region.

3.7 Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package appears lost:

  1. contact the carrier first

  2. then email us at: softenify@softenify.com

We will assist with claims and resolution where possible.

Softenify is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs

  • postal services

  • force majeure events

3.8 Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with:

  • order number

  • photos of the damage

  • photos of the package exterior

We will replace the item or offer a suitable solution.

3.9 Returns of Physical Products

Return and refund rules for physical products are detailed in the Refund Policy.

In general:

  • items must be unused

  • returned in original condition

  • returned within the specified timeframe

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
